Printing process

At Vislab, we deliver high-quality poster printing.

1. Upload your file

Fill out a work order online and upload your poster file (Mac or PC compatible).
Accepted formats: InDesign (.indd), PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx), Photoshop (.psd), Illustrator (.ai, .eps), Acrobat (.pdf), JPG (.jpg), TIFF (.tif).
Ensure high resolution for crisp printing.

2. Review and approval

We'll create a test preview for your review.
Approve the test print or request adjustments.

3. Print and pickup

Upon approval, your poster goes to final printing.
We trim with a 1/4" white border (specify if different).
You can pickup your finished poster!

Please note, in addition to the cost, a $1 per square foot surcharge will be added to any poster exceeding 12 inches or more of waste on the width of the paper roll. We offer 41″ and 59″ paper roll widths. Calculating cost pricing is for ASU affiliate only.
