Our team will help you identify the types of services
and the number of credits you’ll need to accomplish the projects.
Projects for basic production design services will use 0.75 credit per hour of work from the design team.
Projects for intermediate production services will use 1 credit per hour of work from the design team.
Strategy, audits and advanced production services will consume 1.25 credits per hour of work from the design team.

You can choose to pay monthly or annually. Monthly subscriptions will renew until cancelled and you can cancel at any time. The annual commitment will save you 15% off the listed monthly price. Annual plans may be paid monthly, but cannot be cancelled until the end of the contract period.
We provide personalized onboarding for each of our subscribers. We'll schedule a kick-off session with you to go over details and orient you to all that the VisLab team has to offer.
We don’t believe in a use-it or lose-it model. Unused credits on our annual plans roll over based on the subscription you've selected. The amount of credits is capped at a specific number per subscription. Roll over will pause until allotted roll over credits are used. If you have roll over credits we will use those before we deduct from your monthly credit allotment.
We currently invoice subscribers monthly or annually depending on the payment option you selected subscribed.
No. We still take on custom projects on a case-by-case basis. If you have a custom creative project and would like to work with us please submit our project request form.
